Any local will tell you the exact same thing about this city, whether you are doing Coral Gables brunch, South Beach night run, or a spontaneous Everglades detour. I've personally tested maybe 25 rental outfits across Dade and Broward, until I finally stumbled on one provider that doesn't play games.
